Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Please do not accept the product if the product is damaged at the time of delivery. If the delivery partner declines to initiate the return process for the damaged product, report the damage on the POD while signing for the delivery and then raise a return request.

To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the product, and confirmation on refund /shipment of replacement product.

  • For refunds – your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • For replacements – your replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
